The FreeZone House is a permanent theme house which works closely with the student organization, FreeZone, to provide a safe space on campus for LGBTQIA+ students and allies. Theme houses are former single-family homes converted to on-campus, co-ed residential facilities for upperclassmen students with a common goal. Residents of each house are expected to create and take part in programming events to benefit the residents, the special interest group they represent and the campus community. Each house accommodates four to five to students. The houses are fully furnished with single and double bedrooms and laundry facilities.
